Perhaps nothing is more pathetic than the exploitation of ex-nfl player
Phillip Wise. He is the token black guy on the show. His presence gives
the show the cover of diversity and legitimacy. How can Catman Barnard
be racist? He has a black friend! The way Terri makes Tom Barnyard seem
intelligent, Phillip's purpose on the show is to give the illusion the
of tolerance and diversity on the toxic morning show. Does Phillip know
that he is being exploited? He is mocked and belittled for his comments
ridiculed as unintelligent and irrelevant. In the two hours he is
allotted, Phillip makes an attempt to defend African Americans to no
avail. He probably hates his job and is a poster child for the
consequences of professional athletes not saving for retirement
One of these days, the docile Phillip is going to insert his foot in
Barnard's mammoth buttocks...
